I would have to say that my favorite amino acid is tryptophan, the amino acid in turkey that makes people sleepy. I really enjoy turkey and Thanksgiving and I like to sleep.

I agree whole-heartedly with Mike. Tryptophan is definitely a great amino acid because not only is it the most famous (turn on CNN on Thanksgiving Day and that's pretty much all you'll hear about) but it also makes you sleepy which is great for people with sleeping disorders or people that like turkey.
